Formal knockout competition versus other clubs. Each club enters a fixed number of slides, which are scored individually.
In the 2009/10 season Swavesey was beaten in the semi-final by Cambridge after beating Letchworth in the second round and Gamlingay in the first.
The club has entered the Cambridge Camera Club interclub digital competition, each year starting 2008. In 2009, Swavesey won - see here for the winning images. In 2010 Swavesey came third beaten by Cambridge and the Norfolk Group.
Swavesey entered an outstanding panel of 8 prints . The club came 5th out of the 32 clubs entered . Ray Kimberley was awarded a PAGB Ribbon for his print of ‘Dusk at Saunton Sands’.
A friendly competition versus St Neots & District Camera Club has been held for the last few seasons.
Swavesey normally enters the Print and Projected image competitions held anually by the EAF. Swavesey achieved a much better result this year in both competitions.
